Free Roof Inspection

We assign one of our seasoned Project Mangers to conduct the free roof inspection. They will share their findings using practical terminology and advise you. As a champion for you and not their own wallet, we firmly believe you will thoroughly enjoy the empathetic, no-pressure outlook of our Project Managers. They have been in your shoes and are committed to working at your pace, within your budget.

Our Project Managers will present all our Pillar Programs so you are fully equipped to unlock their power and grasp how we have your back like no one else. They will provide all the support you need to make your decision: a breakdown of how filing your unique insurance claim would go, the recommended materials for your replacement or repair, and even contact information of competitors if you wanted to shop around. We want to make sure you have everything you need but we also want to make this resoundingly easy for you.

Job Preparation

If you choose to move forward with ARC then an exciting road lies ahead! The Project Manager will oversee the job itself including the preparatory tasks like meeting with an insurance adjuster if you choose to file a claim, materials ordering, and crew scheduling. They will handle all your inquiries or concerns, you will not be passed around from party to party. Our personable roofing process, pledge to authenticity, and desire to connect with you, exemplifies why Family Just Does It Better. Owner and President, Aaron Anderson will be available as an additional resource for you to turn to at any time.

Job and Multiyear Follow-up

One of our family subcontractor crews work your roof within the Project Manager’s oversight. Passionate care will be taken during and after the job to maintain your peak happiness and satisfaction. This is where our unmatched Pillar Programs combined with our experienced hands-on talent really comes into play. After your job you are family, so naturally we will check in with you at least once every two years to reinspect our work, provide gutter cleanings, and support you in any way you need.
